Course Director

Mech. Engg. graduate from IIT-BHU is having more than 35 years of experience in Hydrocarbon Industry in India & Middle East, in the fields of Engineering Services, Projects Management, Statutory Compliances & Process Safety. He has the thorough knowledge of Industry Advancements, Regulatory Provisions, Process Safety Standards for Petroleum Industry. He has been dealing with the regulatory requirements as Project In-charge, during execution of various new Projects in Refineries & Petrochemical Plants. As In-charge (Process & Engg.) at Oil Industry Safety Directorate (OISD), Mr. Arora steered compliance of Process Safety Standards & statutory provisions for Refineries, Pipelines, Marketing Installations. Presently Mr. Arora is associated, as “Competent Person” with regulatory bodies such as PNGRB, NABCB, etc.
